Suggested use:
To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz boiling water over 2 tsp of herb. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
Other Uses: Use water infusions to produce skin and hair washes and other personal care products. The dried herb can also be used in bath bags and in herbal sachets.
Note: Passion flower is considered safe in therapeutic dosages, but should not be used during pregnancy or lactation.
